When on a low carb diet, what can you consume? In fact, you might not be getting the whole story with the labels you find at the store. Better that you know exactly what is going into your body and the only way to that is to prepare your own food at home and to find out all the information you need to make sound choices for food low in carbs. - Fish is an excellent source of protein because it has so many other health benefits and makes an ideal low carb food. It can be added to stir fry, broiled, even added to a salad.
- You can never lose with nuts. Have a variety of them available to you in the cupboards and every time you feel like having a snack you can safely reach for them.
