Low Carb Bars
When you're on a low carb and craving something sweet, low carb bars might satisfy that sweet tooth. But as with most low carb food and low carb snacks, some are really good, and some are really bad.
Good Low Carb Bars
By now you may have tried a few different low carb bars and drawn your own conclusions about them. And if you've encountered some of bad ones, your conclusion might be that all low carb bars are bad. But before you write them off entirely, we've found some reviews of some low carb bars that might change your mind. For example:

In addition, studies have shown that eating one of these bars will reduce your calorie intake at your next meal by up to 21%.
